E-Z Hook XEL Insulation Piercing Probe Test Lead Set - 36in
The E-Z Hook XEL Insulation Piercing Test Probe has a 36in/ 91.44cm lead with a 4mm right angle shrouded banana plug enabling direct connection to a multimeter or instrument.
A pair of test leads, one Red and one Black.
The XEL Insulation Piercing Connector has a hypo-action plunger with tip housing moulded in durable nylon. The contact point is a single piece of stainless steel with insulated shaft and tip, permitting connection for 1.27mm (0.050") to 3.8mm (0.150") diameter wire. A single stainless steel compression spring controls the piercing action.
The insulation-piercing connector is designed for hard to make test connections of varying wire sizes. The pointed tip of the body allows separation of dense wire groups and easy connection to the wire under test.
