WTS - COVID-19 Update
We Remain Open For Business
Like many businesses we have been evaluating guidance and implementing change within our business to assist in the fight against COVID-19.
We are confident that our business continuity and contingency plans enable us to remain open for business in the absence of a Government enforced shutdown.
Although we don't expect any disruption to our internal operations we are aware that some suppliers have reduced capacity. Delivery networks have also been suffering some delay, especially imports from our overseas suppliers so please bear in mind that lead times may extend when ordering items that are not in stock.
Delivery couriers are also implementing as much 'non contact' delivery as they can. If possible please identify a 'safe place' in the delivery instructions on your order for the delivery to made at your delivery address.
If you have an outstanding order with us and you become aware that there will be no one available to accept a delivery due to business shutdown etc.. then please contact us ASAP so that we may hold the shipment until your return. If we send a shipment and there is no safe place and no one is able to accept a delivery at the delivery address then the shipment will be returned to us. If this occurs we may request that you pay for a further shipment.
Should we become aware of any changes in our operations that may affect lead times we will inform you as they arise.
