The TO5006S is a transistor mounting pad that offers a wide range of benefits. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.
The 4 hole configuration has a 9.14 mm (0.36") diameter and height of 1.9 mm (0.075"). The 4 hole configuration features a good lead in.
