Amprobe CT235A Current Clamp Adapter (AC/DC) 200 A/1000 A
The CT235A Current Clamp Adapter is used for extending the AC and DC ranges of multimeters and oscilloscopes up to 1000 A AC/DC. The 200 A/1000 A Current Clamp allows you to measure up to 1000 amps without cutting, or disconnecting or stripping wires. Simply clamp the jaws around the cable to be tested and plug the clamp into your digital instrument. This capable instrument has versatile functionality and ensures Automotive diagnostics are time efficient and safe.

- Relative compression testing (Petrol)
- Starter motor testing
- Alternator output testing
On the 200 A range the Amprobe CT235A can also be used for petrol and diesel injector diagnostics, solenoid testing and throttle motor functions.
